Returns Policy 

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Bohdi Boo Baby Boutique, if for whatever reason you are unhappy or need to return items we are more than happy to offer refunds, exchanges and store credit for selected reasons outlined in this policy.

We will accept returns on items up-to 28 days from receiving items, if the items are damaged, faulty or not to a satisfactory standard.

All items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging please note that anything returned to us in an unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

If you would like to return an item please email our customer service team first to let us know about the reason for return and if you would like to exchange the item, get store credit or a refund your selected items, we will then send instructions on the return procedure.


Refunds can take up-to 14 working days to be processed but usually are the same day once we receive your return, we will let you know via email once we have received your return and that the refund has been processed. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


If you would like to exchange an item for something else on our store you will need to return the items with 28 days, once we have received your items you will be notified via email and your exchange will be shipped out.

Store Credit

To get store credit in exchange for your return you would need to return items to us, once we have received items will will notify you that we have received your return and will offer a store credit for our store within 5 days.

To return any items please ensure you do the following:

Make returns within 28 days of receiving your items

All items are new and unused in original packaging

Email us prior to returning items to discuss return process

Delivery Policy 

All our items come with free delivery as standard on all orders, we source our products from various retailers across the world and for this reason shipping times may vary greatly.

We will do our upmost best to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, once an order has been processed and payment received, you will get a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order and payment.

Items will then be processed and you will receive a shipping invoice and tracking number within 7 days to track your delivery, currently USA shipping times are 7-14 days while UK & International shipping times are 15-30 days, we are currently working on reducing our shipping times and hopefully get faster shipping times in the future, Covid-19 has had a great impact on delivery times.

All store purchases will receive instant order confirmation 

Shipping info and tracking number will be emailed within 7 days

If for any reason you do not receive your tracking number within 7 days you can get your tracking number via the login dashboard, please have order number and email address ready so we can quickly process your query, you may also email our customer service team who will do our best to get your tracking number to you as soon as possible.
